Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal for Anthropic AI Solutions in the East Region. You will architect Claude-based solutions, guide enterprise deployments, and lead the technical credibility layer across the sales lifecycle.

You will spend about 40% delivering hands-on AI engagements and 60% shaping proposals, staff engagements, and enabling clients at scale, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML or LLM–based solutions for clients.
• 7–12+ years in a client-facing technical/advisory role at a consulting firm or partner.
• Direct experience with Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, or Cowork for client deployments.
• Familiarity with MCP, Claude Skills, and the Claude API.
• Hands-on experience with large language model APIs in production environments.
• Strong ability to bridge technical depth and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions using Anthropic tech to drive measurable client outcomes.
• Guide architecture decisions, model usage, and integration strategies for scalable deployments.
• Build and operationalize Claude deployments, including MCP connectors and workflows.
• Lead AI enablement programs, trainings, and adoption frameworks for enterprise rollouts.
• Staff and execute engagements with AI engineers, data architects, and change leads.
• Translate client needs into proposals that convert discovery into signed engagements.
• Co-sell and co-deliver AI solutions with account and market teams, ensuring technical credibility.
• Develop governance, access models, and deployment patterns for responsible adoption at scale.
• Create reusable assets and conduct workshops to elevate AI capabilities across the organization.
