Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Principal Engineer to define and evolve the architecture of our core B2B and consumer platforms, including high-volume API integrations and robust authentication. You will guide cross-team efforts to align technical direction with clinical and business goals.

You will mentor staff engineers, establish engineering standards, and partner with Product Management to ensure scalable, secure systems compliant with HIPAA and SOC2 requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering and systems design experience.
• Experience building scalable, high-throughput B2B SaaS or transactional systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve target architecture for core platforms, including high-volume API integrations.
• Mentor Staff, Senior, and Mid-level engineers; promote engineering excellence.
