Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience including 3+ years at Staff/Principal level.
- Hands-on production experience with large language models and agent-oriented systems.
- Experience shipping to real users in distributed environments.
- Ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and mentor senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Define technical direction for Duo Agent Platform across several teams.
- Build orchestration layer for agents, tool invocation, and context management.
- Contribute to incident management and on-call rotation for availability goals.
- Write design documents, architecture narratives, and decision records.
- Drive governance, safety, and compliance with security teams.
