Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Principal Architect to define and drive the enterprise endpoint strategy for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. You will own architecture, standards, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure secure, scalable endpoint solutions.

Leading with technical governance, you will manage Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Entra ID, and related technologies, delivering provisioning, patching, and software distribution at scale across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with endpoint architecture and End User Computing leadership.
• Experience across Windows/macOS/mobile endpoints and provisioning baselines.
• Hands-on knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Entra ID, Group Policy, BitLocker, and related tools.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills; API/automation experience a plus.
• Experience with NinjaOne and Addigy for endpoint management.
• Ability to influence and coordinate across teams and service providers, not direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise endpoint architecture strategy, standards, governance, and roadmaps for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Own OS standards, upgrade planning, feature adoption, and baseline configurations.
• Lead endpoint management efforts for acquisitions, migrations, and large device refreshes.
