Job summary

Allstate is seeking a visionary senior engineering leader to define and execute the End User Computing strategy, architecture, and delivery for enterprise digital workplaces.

The role oversees endpoint engineering, modern management, virtual workstations, device lifecycle management, and telemetry, with focus on AI-driven operational excellence and secure, reliable experiences across Windows, macOS, mobile, and VDI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EUC engineering or related IT infrastructure roles.
• 5+ years of people management, talent development, coaching and mentoring.
• Deep expertise in endpoint management - Windows/Intune, macOS/JAMF, mobile, browsers, VDI and DaaS, print, and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience with Agile and Outcome-Based Delivery (OBD) product organizations.
• Experience with software packaging and deployment tools (Intune, JAMF, MECM).
• Telemetry, reporting, scripting and automation skills (Nexthink NQL, Power BI/SQL, PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with Nexthink, Intune Advanced Analytics, and ControlUp.
• Ability to communicate technology strategy, risks, investment needs, and operational outcomes to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for Windows, macOS, mobile, browser management, VDI and related platforms.
• Define enterprise hardware standards, lifecycle strategies, and procurement recommendations.
• Partner with key technology vendors to influence product direction and innovation.
• Drive telemetry, AI-assisted analysis, and automation to improve service delivery.
• Establish KPIs/KCIs and operational metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
