Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Subsystems Digital Principal Engineer to lead or support digital design efforts for development guidance systems in an on-site role in the United States. The position requires an active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

The role involves architecture, requirements development, integration, and test across RF/RADAR, navigation, data link, and power systems. CAM responsibilities and earned value management may be part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) required.
• Eight years of experience in analog, digital, and power electronics design, integration, and production support.
• Experience in digital sub-systems, system engineering, and circuit card assembly design.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support digital design efforts for development guidance systems.
• Collaborate across functions and with management and suppliers.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
• Mentor and be mentored within the team.
