RTX is seeking a Hardware Electrical Engineer to design, test, and support advanced electrical subsystems for defense applications. You will contribute to cutting‑edge technologies across target detection, guidance, navigation, DSP, and communications.

Join a collaborative team delivering high‑reliability CCAs, analog electronics, power conversion, distribution, and telemetry systems from design through lab integration and production support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field; degree by start date.
• Experience or coursework in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics, Power Systems, or Control Systems.
• Experience with engineering documentation and presentations.
• Experience through work, coursework, or projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design, analyze, simulate, and document analog circuitry and power sub‑systems.
• Develop precision control systems, including servo loops and motor drives.
• Architect flight termination/telemetry systems with data acquisition and RF components.
• Model power system dynamics and EMI using PSPICE, LTspice, or MATLAB/Simulink.
• Support hardware integration, lab characterization, troubleshooting, and production tests.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineering to meet specs.
• Prepare design reviews, test procedures, and trade studies.
