ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Product Designer for Agentic Chat to lead end-to-end agent experience design across the GTM One platform. You will define how agents act, ask, cost, and prove themselves before customers see results.

You will prototype in code, ship proposals with engineers, and drive eval-based decisions while collaborating with product and engineering to ship impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing AI or agentic products where the model's behavior is the product itself, not just features.
• Experience running evals: built or used an evaluation setup for an agent.
• Prototyped with AI coding tools and opened PRs; can read backend contracts.

Responsabilités

• Own the agent experience across universal chat and define how it communicates status and asks for input.
• Design interactions to let agents create artifacts, apps, and automations on context.
• Build cost estimation and credit-approval moments into chat for customer awareness.
• Use eval results to prove readiness and guide post-launch changes after real users.
• Define trust mechanics and show how confidence, failure, and partial results are presented.
• Prototype in code, open PRs, and ship proposals directly into the codebase with engineering.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering on orchestration while owning customer experience.
• Define problems with thin briefs and act as a product thinker on your surface area.
