Job summary

You will lead the agent experience across universal chat, design interaction patterns for artifacts and automations, and build cost-estimation moments into chat so customers understand actions before and after they run.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing AI or agentic products with the product itself as the model
• Experience running evals and determining readiness after real users
• Prototyping with AI coding tools and reading backend contracts
• Knowledge of latency, streaming, tool calling, confidence, and failure modes in production
• Collaboration with engineering in shipping customer-facing experiences

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end agentic chat experiences in GTM One.
• Lead agent experience across universal chat and how status is communicated.
• Design patterns for artifacts, apps, and automations built on context.
• Incorporate cost estimation and credit-approval moments into chat interactions.
• Use evals to confirm readiness before launch and guide changes post-launch.
• Define trust mechanics for surfacing failures and uncertainty.
• Prototype in code and ship proposals alongside engineering.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering on orchestration and tooling.
• Define problems and solutions as a product thinker across your scope.
