ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Product Designer for Agentic Chat to own the agent experience across universal chat. You will design interactions for artifacts, apps, and automations built on context, and you’ll embed cost estimation and credit-approval moments into chat.

Formación

• 2+ years designing AI or agentic products where the model's behavior was the product itself.
• Experience running evals and evaluating readiness before launch.
• Track record shipping in code; open PRs and read backend contracts.
• Understanding of how LLMs behave in production: latency, streaming, tool calling, confidence and failure modes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on timelines and shipping.

Responsabilidades

• Own the agent experience across universal chat, including status, input prompts, and reporting results.
• Design interactions for artifacts, apps, and automations built on context; show outputs to customers.
• Incorporate cost estimation and credit-approval moments into chat.
• Establish evals as a design instrument to validate readiness before launch.
• Design trust mechanics for confidence, failure, and partial results.
• Prototype in code, open PRs, and ship working proposals into the codebase alongside engineering.
• Partner with product management and engineering on orchestration and tool infrastructure while owning customer experience.
• Define problems and solutions with thin briefs; act as a product thinker on your surface area.
