Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a designer to own the end-to-end agent experience within the Agentic Chat surface. You will shape agent behavior, customer interactions, and how the experience proves itself before customers encounter it.

You will design prompts, artifacts, apps, and automations built on context, and integrate cost estimation and credit-approval steps into chat. Collaborate with engineering to ship features and validate readiness with real user feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI or agentic products where the model behavior is the product.
• Experience running evals for an agent and outlining readiness/post-launch changes.
• Proven ability to ship in code and prototype with AI tools.
• Working understanding of LLMs in production including latency, streaming, tool calls, and failure modes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering to ship features across timelines.
