Qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or Deloitte).
• Hands-on experience architecting AI-driven transformations.
• Proactive, cross-functional, fast-paced mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior audiences.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS/Enterprise Technology industries.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive post-sales AI-first transformation programs.
• Collaborate with executives across Product, Engineering, GTM, IT and Post-Sales.
• Lead strategic problem solving with data-driven recommendations to the C‑suite.
• Own operating cadence and program management for AI-driven goals.
• Build and lead the Strategy & Operations team toward customer outcomes.
