Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager to build the HTS API Marketplace, the commercial and developer-facing layer enabling enterprise partners to access lodging and cars capabilities. You will define packaging, pricing, and partner workflows, coordinating with engineering, data science, finance, and the broader PM org.

This is a fully remote role, with a fast, scrappy approach using AI tools and prototyping to validate ideas before PRDs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience and at least one 0-to-1 product launched.
• Experience building developer-facing or B2B marketplace products, including API design and enterprise packaging.
• AI-native working style: using LLMs and vibe coding for prototyping, demos, or PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Define what the HTS API Marketplace is, including structure, packaging, and pricing for capabilities.
• Collaborate with capability PMs to translate roadmaps into externally consumable API products.
• Own the commercial model for the marketplace (platform vs. variable fee, take rates, enterprise packaging).
• Build the developer/partner experience from scratch (API specs, onboarding, sandbox, tooling).
• Use AI tools to prototype partner portals and pricing configurations before engineering handoff.
• Shape the go-to-market motion with Commercial and identify target partners for each capability.
• Own the marketplace revenue P&L in coordination with Finance.
