Job summary

Ensono seeks a Principal Solution Architect – Cloud to lead high-impact cloud transformation programs for enterprise clients. You will own the end-to-end solution architecture, engage executives, and collaborate with Sales, Consulting and Delivery teams.

You will design multi-year modernization roadmaps, align business and technology strategy, and drive cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, or GCP while maintaining strong client relationships. Remote-friendly US-based role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related leadership roles
• Client-facing consulting/managed services background with enterprise clients
• Pre-sales or post-sales architecture leadership with stakeholder engagement
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure domains: compute, storage, networking, security, DR, automation
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP including landing zones and migration patterns
• Ability to develop multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives
• Executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Experience with solution pricing, cost modeling, and business cases

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cloud initiatives as Lead Solution Architect for Enterprise clients
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting and Solution teams to craft Pursuit and Solution strategies
• Conduct discovery and architecture workshops to translate business requirements into technical plans
• Develop solutions that meet client requirements and adapt to evolving industry needs
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences
• Engage executives to gain buy-in for complex solutions
• Coordinate with PMO and solution teams on complex projects from architecture to delivery
• Assist in migration planning, testing, cut-over, and operational hand-off
