Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Expert Solution Consultant to advance technical innovation and transformation for enterprise clients. You will work with client and internal teams to design multi-year modernization roadmaps and reference architectures, while leading complex projects from an architectural perspective.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Consulting, and Product teams to craft solutions, run discovery sessions, and present compelling business cases to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles in managed services, cloud, or datacenter environments.
• Client-facing consulting/managed services background with enterprise clients.
• Pre-sales or post-sales enterprise architecture with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, security, DR, automation, DevOps, IT governance.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud migration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives as Lead Solution Architect for Enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Sales/Consulting/PMO to craft Pursuit, Solution, and Sales strategies.
• Conduct discovery, assessments, and solution development workshops to craft winning solutions.
• Develop and document solutions that meet technical and business requirements and adapt to industry changes.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences and gain executive buy-in.
• Support simple to complex pricing and cost modeling for proposals and contracts.
• Travel to client sites as needed (approx. 30%).
