Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Solution Architect – Cloud Remote to lead multi-year transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across the United States. You will own complex architecture programs, collaborate with Sales, Consulting and Product teams, and shape cloud adoption strategies.

This role requires deep tech expertise in compute, storage, networking, security, automation, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), plus strong executive communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or equivalent
• Client-facing consulting/managed services background
• Pre-sales or post-sales enterprise architecture with stakeholder engagement
• Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, security, DR, automation, DevOps, IT governance
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud migration patterns
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical strategies
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including pricing and business case development
• Experience leading technical workstreams through pursuit lifecycles and contract negotiations
• Executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Support strategic programs as the Lead Solution Architect for all initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting and Solution teams to craft strategies for Enterprise clients
• Conduct discovery, assessment and solution development workshops
• Develop and document solutions meeting client requirements and industry needs
• Lead solution development sessions and present technical solutions and business cases
• Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions
• Work with pricing teams to create pricing and financial models
• Align with Product Management to drive roadmap enhancements
• Lead complex projects from architecture perspective and deliver migration plans
