Job summary

AWS is seeking a strategic Principal AWSMP Channel Strategy Program Leader to drive GTM programs for ISV, GenAI, and Foundation Model Provider partners serving channel customers worldwide. This role owns GTM strategy for Partner Core programs, incentives, and co-sell tooling.

You will collaborate with AWS Marketplace, partner development, sales teams, and systems integrators to create launch and co-sell motions, and enable AWS sellers and partners with content and training.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping strategies influencing organizational leadership decisions.
• 7+ years in GTM, business development, sales, or consulting, with ISV/AI focus.
• 7+ years working with Data & AI tech incl. AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases, storage.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience selling to ISV, AI, and large language models through channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead GTM programs and strategy for AWS Channel Programs with emphasis on AI solutions.
• Create global GTM plans to accelerate ISV partner solution adoption via Partners, messaging, campaigns, and co-sell playbooks.
• Report on program health, conversion metrics, and revenue impact from Bedrock opportunities via Channel Partners.
• Enable CPPO/MPPO mechanisms via GenAI partners and solutions to drive channel growth.
• Collaborate with ASP product teams to improve tooling through partner intelligence and feedback.
• Scale enablement for AWS sellers, ISV partners, GenAI partners, and Channel Partners with content and training.
• Coordinate GTM motions cross-functionally with marketing, partner programs, sales, and geography teams.
