Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Principal or Member of Technical Staff in Analog Design to shape the next generation of DRAM IP. You will lead analog/mixed-signal circuit design efforts, collaborate with global teams, and drive designs from concept to silicon.

The role demands a strong foundation in analog circuits, SPICE/Verilog, and mentoring. You will ensure layout guidance and post-layout verification to deliver robust, high-yield memories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years semiconductor design experience.
• Strong analog circuit design fundamentals including regulators, references, and comparators.
• Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog modeling and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and verify analog/mixed-signal circuits for DRAM projects.
• Mentor junior circuit designers and collaborate with global teams.
• Provide layout guidance and ensure post-layout accuracy against simulations.
