Micron Technology is seeking a Principal Analog Design Engineer for our Boise, Idaho site. You will shape the next generation of memory products by bringing circuit designs to life, influencing performance, quality, and reliability.

You will partner with global design teams and operate with a high level of independence. Responsibilities include designing and verifying block-level analog/mixed-signal circuits, evaluating new topologies, and collaborating with data science teams to leverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years semiconductor analog/mixed-signal design experience.
• Solid fundamentals in analog circuit design (regulators, charge pumps, oscillators, references, bandgaps, comparators).
• Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog modeling and simulation.
• Ability to supervise physical layout of analog circuits.

Responsabilités

• Design, optimize, and verify block-level analog and mixed-signal circuits for DRAM.
• Propose and implement new circuit topologies to enhance block PPAC.
• Collaborate with data science and AI-assisted design tools for optimization.
• Expand verification coverage to improve robustness and yield.
• Partner with global teams to guide layout and ensure silicon-to-simulation correlation.
