Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho seeks a Principal or MTS in Analog Design to help shape the next generation of memory products. You will design, optimize, and verify analog/mixed-signal blocks, collaborate across global teams, and influence performance and yield.

With 12+ years of semiconductor experience and strong SPICE/Verilog skills, you will mentor engineers, drive layout coordination, and contribute to AI-assisted design flows within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog modeling and simulation.
• Ability to supervise physical layout work of analog circuits.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, optimize, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits for DRAM projects.
• Collaborate with data science team and EDA vendors to leverage AI-assisted design flow.
• Propose and implement new circuit topologies to improve PPAC.
• Improve verification scope to boost mass-production yield.
• Provide layout guidance through post-layout simulation.
• Compare silicon performance with simulations and support correlation.
• Mentor junior circuit designers and work with minimal supervision.
