Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs, owning the technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture. This role blends deep technical depth with executive advisory, shaping decisions at VP+ level within a global delivery context.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise technology architecture delivery.
At least 5 years influencing technical teams defining and governing architecture on complex transformation programs.
Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs.
Counsel executives on total cost of ownership, time-to-value, build vs. buy decisions.
Drive cross-team alignment and architectural governance across customer and partner teams.
Advance AI-native delivery by applying AI-DLC methodologies and multi-agent patterns.
Coach engineers across partner organizations to raise the technical bar.
