Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Principal AI Strategist to lead enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization across the organization. You will partner with business, technology, operations, clinical, legal, privacy, security, and executive leaders to operationalize the AI strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics with 2+ years in enterprise AI.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Understanding of AI, ML, generative AI, automation and emerging digital tech.
• Ability to tie technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with Copilot, Azure AI, enterprise AI platforms and healthcare AI apps.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of AI Strategy to execute Prime's multi-year AI strategy and roadmap, translating priorities into actionable plans and investments.
• Lead AI governance framework and operating model with Steering Committee processes and risk evaluations.
• Drive enterprise AI enablement and adoption with programs, communities of practice, and change management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders; identify and advance AI opportunities.
• Develop and manage AI value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting in partnership with Finance.
• Evaluate emerging AI vendors, platforms, partnerships, and market developments for healthcare, PBM, and AI capabilities.
• Promote collaboration across business, technology, and functions; foster innovation and accountable AI adoption.
