Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Principal AI Strategist to guide enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization. You will partner with business, technology, and leadership to operationalize AI strategy, support the AI Steering Committee, and drive measurable outcomes across healthcare and PBM domains.

Ideal candidates bring deep executive communication skills, cross-functional influence, and experience establishing AI governance programs that align with enterprise risk and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics with 2 years in AI
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, CS, IT, Data Science or related field, or equivalent combo of education/work experience
• HS diploma is acceptable as part of the equivalent combination

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year AI strategy and roadmap translating priorities into actionable plans
• Oversee AI governance forums, Steering Committee processes and risk evaluations
• Drive AI enablement with learning programs, communities of practice and change mgmt
• Identify AI-enabled transformation opportunities aligned with enterprise objectives
• Develop AI value metrics, dashboards and executive reporting
• Evaluate AI vendors, platforms and partnerships for healthcare/ PBM domains
• Foster collaboration across business, tech and functions
• Other duties as assigned
