Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Principal AI Strategist to lead enterprise AI adoption and governance across the organization in Cheyenne, WY. You will partner with business, technology, and executive leaders to translate priorities into actionable AI programs and value realization.

You will develop metrics, manage risk, and drive adoption of AI capabilities with a focus on measurable outcomes and alignment to enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong analytical and leadership skills.
• 7+ years in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics including 2+ years in enterprise AI.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and scale enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization.
• Manage AI governance forums, Steering Committee processes, and risk assessments.
• Drive AI enablement programs, playbooks, and change management with measurable impact.
• Identify AI-enabled transformation opportunities aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Develop AI value realization metrics and executive dashboards with Finance.
