Job summary

Prime Therapeutics seeks an AI Strategist Principal to lead enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization. You will collaborate with business, technology, operations, clinical, legal, privacy, security, and executives to operationalize AI strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on governance, roadmaps, and partnerships, delivering AI-enabled transformations and executive reporting across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, CS, IT, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent.
• 7 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics including 2 years of AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of AI Strategy to execute Prime’s AI roadmap and translate priorities into plans
• Lead AI governance framework and Steering Committee processes
• Drive AI enablement and adoption with playbooks, communities, and change management
• Identify AI opportunities aligned with enterprise objectives and measurable impact
• Develop AI value realization metrics and executive dashboards with Finance and leaders
• Evaluate AI vendors and partnerships for healthcare AI applications
• Foster a culture of responsible AI adoption and cross-functional collaboration
• Perform other duties as assigned
