Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Principal AI Strategist to lead enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization across the organization. The role partners with business, technology, operations, clinical, legal, privacy, security, and executive leaders to operationalize the AI strategy and drive measurable value across healthcare and PBM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related area; or equivalent education/experience.
• 7+ years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics including 2 years in enterprise AI governance or execution.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of AI Strategy to execute Prime's multi-year AI strategy and translate priorities into actionable plans, business cases, investment priorities, and informed recommendations.
• Lead Prime's AI governance framework and operating model, manage forums, steering processes, risk-tier evaluations, and cross-functional reviews.
• Drive AI enablement by partnering on programs, playbooks, communities of practice, learning initiatives, and change management with measurable impact.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders; identify and advance AI-enabled transformation aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Develop and manage AI value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting with Finance and business leaders.
• Evaluate emerging AI vendors and platforms to support informed enterprise decisions in healthcare, PBM, and AI capabilities.
