Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking an AI Strategist Principal to lead and scale enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization across the organization. This role partners with business, technology, operations, clinical, legal, privacy, security, and executives to operationalize Prime’s AI strategy and drive measurable value.

The position focuses on governance, program leadership, and enterprise AI enablement, with strong emphasis on ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, CS, IT, Data Science or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 7+ years in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics incl. 2+ years in enterprise AI governance/implementation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of AI Strategy to execute the multi-year AI strategy and roadmap; translate priorities into actionable plans and business cases.
• Lead AI governance framework and operating model; manage forums, Steering Committee processes and risk evaluations.
• Drive AI enablement by building programs, playbooks, communities, learning initiatives and change management; measure adoption and impact.
• Advise business and tech leaders; identify and advance AI-enabled transformation opportunities with measurable outcomes.
• Develop AI value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting with Finance; quantify productivity gains and benefits.
• Evaluate AI vendors and partnerships to inform enterprise decisions across healthcare, PBM, and AI capabilities.
• Promote collaboration across business, technology, and functions and foster responsible AI adoption.
