Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 7 years in healthcare/ PBM/ tech analytics with 2 years in AI governance or implementation.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills; ability to connect investments to measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and governance concepts; knowledge of regulatory and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of AI Strategy to execute the multi-year AI roadmap and translate priorities into plans and business cases.
• Lead AI governance framework and Steering Committee processes, risk-tier evaluations, and cross-functional reviews.
• Drive AI enablement and adoption through programs, playbooks, communities of practice, and change management efforts with measurable metrics.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business and technology leaders to identify and advance AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
• Develop and manage AI value realization metrics and executive reporting; quantify productivity gains and financial benefits.
• Evaluate emerging AI vendors and platforms to support enterprise decisions in healthcare, PBM, and AI capabilities.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of responsible AI adoption.
