Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Principal AI Strategist to lead enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization. You will partner with business, technology, operations, clinical, legal, privacy, security, and executives to operationalize AI strategy.

You will drive measurable business outcomes, develop governance processes, and manage AI value metrics while staying aligned with enterprise objectives and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related area; HS diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization across the organization
• Serve as trusted advisor to business and tech leaders; identify and advance AI-enabled transformation opportunities
• Develop and manage AI value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Evaluate emerging AI vendors, platforms, and partnerships to inform enterprise decisions
• Promote collaboration across business, technology, and functional teams to foster responsible AI adoption
