Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Principal Technical Account Manager to lead AI/ML HPC initiatives for NAMER-Sp. You’ll guide enterprise customers through distributed training, GPU clusters, and production-grade inference using AWS services and frameworks.

You will partner with TAMs and SAs to deliver best-in-class AI/ML infrastructure guidance, scale workloads, and drive operational excellence across cloud-based HPC-to-AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, analytics, database, and storage experience.
• 3+ years designing, implementing, or consulting on large-scale ML training or inference architectures in a customer-facing role.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software, cloud computing, or AI/ML industries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic technical engagements — lead deep-dives and performance optimization for enterprise AI/ML workloads across GPU clusters.
• Architect and validate innovative AI/ML solutions using Slurm, PyTorch/FSDP, SageMaker HyperPod, and HPC storage.
• Enable customer success by supporting LLM, PINN, surrogate models, MLOps pipelines, and distributed data processing for HPC-to-AI convergence.
