Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Principal Technical Account Manager for Enterprise Support in NAMER-Sp to guide enterprise AI/ML HPC solutions. You will lead strategic engagements, architect scalable training and inference workloads, and partner with customers on complex compute, networking, and storage decisions.

You will drive successful outcomes for large-scale ML initiatives, from distributed GPU clusters to production-grade inference, leveraging AWS services and HPC tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage)
• 3+ years designing, implementing, or consulting on large-scale ML training or inference architectures in a customer-facing role
• 10+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in software, cloud computing, or AI/ML industries
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers

Responsibilities

• Deliver Strategic Technical Engagements — Lead deep-dives and performance optimization for enterprise AI/ML workloads, including distributed training architectures.
• Architect and Validate Innovative Solutions — Design production-grade AI/ML training and inference solutions using Slurm, PyTorch FSDP/DDP/DeepSpeed, SageMaker HyperPod, and high-performance storage.
• Enable Customer Success — Help customers implement HPC capabilities, including LLMs, PINNs, surrogate models, MLOps pipelines, and distributed data processing.
• Enable Business Critical Outcomes — Improve model training throughput, optimize NCCL communications, and drive capacity planning and automated health checks.
• Serve as Trusted Advisor and Advocate — Build partnerships with enterprise stakeholders for compute, networking, storage, and orchestration decisions
