Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal AI/ML HPC Specialist to lead advanced AI/ML infrastructure engagements within the TAM team. You will guide customers through GPU/Trainium cluster deployments, distributed training, and production-grade inference at scale.

You will collaborate with specialized teams to optimize performance, reliability, and cost governance while shaping the HPC-to-AI convergence roadmap for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data & AI technologies and cloud platforms.
• Experience designing or consulting on large-scale ML training/inference.
• Trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers.
• Hands-on ML framework and HPC tooling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive technical engagements for enterprise AI/ML workloads.
• Architect and validate production-grade AI/ML training and inference solutions.
• Enable customer success with HPC capabilities and MLOps pipelines.
• Partner with service teams to improve throughput and utilization.
• Serve as trusted advisor for AI/ML infrastructure decisions.
