Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking an expert to lead compliance for privacy, information security, information governance, and AI governance. You will own the obligation framework, coordinate with counsel, and advance the AI governance program as standards evolve.

You will report posture, manage risks, and guide regulatory interactions. The role combines policy development, testing/monitoring of controls, and cross-functional collaboration with technology, data, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred for legal/regulatory work.
• Experience building or standing up governance/compliance programs for emerging areas such as AI.

Responsibilities

• Owns and designs the compliance framework for privacy, information security, governance, and AI governance.
• Drives testing, monitoring, and remediation across assigned domains and reports posture to leadership.
