Job summary

Compeer Financial seeks an experienced senior AI platform leader to drive enterprise AI capabilities and responsible AI adoption across portfolios, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant AI-driven software delivery.

You will collaborate with architecture, product, security, and data teams to translate strategy into multi-year AI roadmaps, mentor engineers, and champion responsible AI practices in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience designing, building, and operating complex, business-critical software and platforms.
Hands-on experience with AI applications and platforms using LLMs, RAG, vector search, agents, and cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

Lead AI platform engineering and adoption across portfolios, products, and platforms.
Establish AI operational excellence with guardrails, monitoring, and cost management.
Partner on AI governance and risk with legal, security, data governance, and compliance.
Own AI-enabled engineering delivery for strategic initiatives from discovery to production.
Develop engineers through mentoring and reusable guidance on AI development.
