Qualifications

• Expert-level experience in compliance, information risk, privacy, security, or technology risk in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience developing or standing up governance or compliance programs for AI.
• Experience with agricultural finance or Farm Credit System is preferred.
• Certifications such as AI governance credential or privacy/compliance certs preferred.
• Knowledge of AI governance and AI risk management frameworks (NIST) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Owns the obligation framework and compliance risk register for privacy, information security, and information governance; develops positions and monitors regulatory changes.
• Leads AI obligations, data-use, fairness decisions and third-party AI risk assessments.
• Owns testing and monitoring of privacy, security, governance, and AI controls; coordinates remediation with control owners.
• Partners with technology and data teams to translate regulatory changes into processes and controls.
