Compeer Financial is seeking a senior compliance leader to own and advance AI governance, privacy, and information security programs across its U.S. offices.

You will establish obligation frameworks, lead regulatory interpretations, and coordinate enterprise-wide risk controls with counsel and stakeholders. The role requires deep expertise in compliance, risk management, and emerging AI governance in a regulated financial environment, with strong collaboration across technology, data, and legal

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or JD preferred.
• Experience in compliance, information risk, privacy, security, or technology risk within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Experience developing or standing up a governance or compliance program for an emerging area, such as AI.
• Experience with agricultural finance or a regulated financial institution (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as AI governance credential (IAPP AIGP), privacy (CIPP/US, CIPM), IT risk/compliance (CRISC, CISA) (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of AI governance and AI compliance risk-decisioning and risk-management frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the domain's obligation framework and compliance risk register across privacy, information security, and information governance.
• Leads AI obligations development, data-use, and fairness, and builds the AI third-party risk assessment framework.
• Owns testing and monitoring of privacy, security, information governance, and AI controls.
• Partners with technology, information security, and data teams on regulatory changes and controls.
• Maintains leadership visibility into compliance posture for executives and the board.
• Supports examiner interactions and coordinates with counsel to close findings.
