The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to join our Cary store team. You will cut, trim, and prepare meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards while supporting inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising.

This role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items to assist guests.
• Handle, slice, cut and trim meat and seafood per standards.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas for quality and safety.
• Ensure freshness by following receiving, stocking, and unloading procedures.
