Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• All Meat Cutters must complete internal training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and assist guests across departments.
• Handle, slice, cut, and trim meat and seafood items.
• Monitor temperatures of cases and storage areas.
• Ensure freshness and quality through proper receiving, stocking, and unloading.
• Follow safety and food safety protocols.
