Qualifications

• 2+ years of meat cutting experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete internal Meat Cutter certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly items across departments to assist guests.
• Handle, slice and trim meat and seafood products according to standards and quality levels.
• Monitor case temperatures, spills, and storage areas to ensure freshness and safety.
• Enforce safety and food safety protocols per company policies and applicable laws.
