The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to manage, cut, and trim meat and seafood to our standards while assisting with inventory, pricing, merchandising, and other tasks that require attention to detail. This is a fast-paced role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will handle prime and premium meats, ensure product freshness, monitor temperatures, and uphold safety protocols in all daily activities as part of the department team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Meat cutter certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of department products and assist guests in finding items.
• Cut and trim meat and seafood according to standards and maintain quality and freshness.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas to ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed across receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries.
