You will work closely with Project Schedulers, update schedules on-site, and produce internal and contractually mandated reports while adhering to data standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Excel proficiency.
• Innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the 'why' behind the numbers.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with Project Schedulers on CPM concepts for sequencing.
• On-site support to update schedules and produce required reports.
• Data analysis and advanced reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI.
• Calculate and report Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance.
• Identify patterns in historical data to forecast outcomes and ensure data standards.
