Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
• Interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and understanding the 'why' behind numbers.

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work with Project Schedulers to understand CPM and construction sequencing.
• Provide on-site support to update schedules and produce internal and contract reporting.
• Analyze data and create reports using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI and related tools.
• Calculate and report on project metrics like Total Float and Schedule Performance.
• Identify patterns in historical data to forecast future results.
• Ensure schedule data adheres to naming, coding, and organizational standards.
