Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. This role focuses on data flow into Primavera P6, Excel schedule health audits, and reporting on project milestones.

Training in Primavera P6 is provided for high-potential candidates with quick study abilities. On-site work on construction teams includes updating schedules, detailing activities, and producing required internal and contract reports.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate's degree in a related field.
• Excel Proficiency.
• An innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the 'why' behind the numbers.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6 and work with Project Schedulers on CPM concepts.
• Provide on-site support to update schedules and expand activity detail.
• Produce internal and contractually required reporting.
• Analyze data and generate reporting using Primavera P6, Excel and PowerBI.
• Calculate and report project metrics such as Total Float and Schedule Performance.
