Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. The role focuses on data flow into Primavera P6, Excel-based audit of schedule health, and reporting milestones with PowerBI integration.

No prior construction experience is required; we provide Primavera P6 training for candidates who show high analytical potential and a quick-study approach to new software.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excel proficiency and an innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsabilités

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Schedulers to explore the nuances of CPM and construction sequencing.
• On-site support to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and produce reports.
• Data Analysis and Advanced Reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI and other tools.
• Calculate and report on Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance.
• Identify patterns in historical data to predict future project outcomes.
• Quality Control: ensure schedule data adheres to naming, coding, and organizational standards.
