Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department, focusing on data flow into Primavera P6, Excel-based schedule health audits, and milestone reporting. No prior construction experience is required as training is provided for Primavera P6.

The role offers on-site work with a structured career path in construction planning, emphasizing CPM concepts, data analysis, and on-site collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate degree in a related field (construction, engineering, data analysis, math, CS, business, finance, accounting).
• Excel proficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting of data discrepancies and finding the 'why' behind numbers.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6 with an accelerated learning path.
• Support project schedulers in updating schedules on-site and generating reports.
• Analyze data and create reports using Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Calculate project metrics like Total Float and Schedule Performance to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify patterns in historical data to predict future outcomes.
• Quality control: ensure schedule data naming, coding, and organization standards.
