Clark Construction Group is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department by managing data flow into Primavera P6, auditing schedule health in Excel, and producing reports that track milestones. This role includes on-site collaboration with project teams and training in Primavera P6 for high-potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Excel Proficiency
• An innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the 'why' behind the numbers
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Schedulers to explore the nuances of CPM and construction sequencing.
• On Site support of project teams to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and produce reporting.
• Data Analysis and Advanced Reporting utilizing Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and other tools.
• Calculate and report on Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance metrics.
• Identify patterns in historical data to help Project Teams predict future project outcomes.
• Quality Control: Ensure all schedule data adheres to standards.
