Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support planning and scheduling by managing data flow into Primavera P6, auditing schedule health in Excel, and creating milestone-tracking reports. Training in Primavera P6 is provided for candidates with strong analytical potential.

Role focuses on data manipulation, problem solving, and producing timely internal and client-facing reports while collaborating with project schedulers on CPM application.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excel Proficiency.
• An innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the why behind the numbers.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Schedulers to explore CPM concepts in complex sequencing.
• On-site support to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and generate internal/contractual reports.
• Data Analysis and Advanced Reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI and other tools.
• Calculate and report on Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance.
• Identify patterns in historical data to predict future project outcomes.
• Quality Control: ensure schedule data adheres to naming, coding, and organizational standards.
