Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a detail-oriented Construction Schedule Analyst to support project schedulers by managing Primavera P6 data, auditing schedule health in Excel, and creating milestone reports. The role includes on-site collaboration, data analysis, and a clear path for growth within a structured scheduling department.

No prior construction experience is required as comprehensive Primavera P6 training is provided.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excel Proficiency.
• An innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the "why" behind the numbers.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Schedulers to apply CPM concepts to complex sequencing.
• On-site support to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust construction sequencing, and produce reporting.
• Data analysis and advanced reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI and other industry tools.
• Calculate and report on Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance metrics.
• Identify patterns in historical data to help Project Teams forecast outcomes.
• Quality Control: Ensure schedule data adheres to standards for naming conventions, activity coding, and organization.
