Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on managing Primavera P6 data flow, auditing schedule health in Excel, and delivering reports that track milestones.

No prior construction experience is required; we provide training for Primavera P6 to strong analytical candidates. On-site position with a structured career path, offering growth through hands-on scheduling, data analysis, and reporting

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to identify data discrepancies and explain the root cause.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6 and support Project Schedulers.
• Update schedules on-site, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and generate internal/contractual reports.
• Analyze data and generate reports using Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI and related tools.
• Calculate and report Project Metrics like Total Float and Schedule Performance to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify patterns in historical data to forecast outcomes and assist project teams.
