Qualifications

• 3+ years of project scheduling or project controls in a technical environment.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, resource loading, cost loading, forecasting, and project controls.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with EVM/EVMS where applicable.
• Proficiency with Excel, Project, and standard business software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Oracle Primavera P6, including resource and cost loading.
• Build integrated schedules with engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate schedules with customer master schedules and contractual requirements.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, risk assessments, and what-if scenarios.
• Provide schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports to teams and leadership.
• Develop schedule recovery plans and manage baseline updates.
• Work with PM, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality to validate logic.
• Support EVM/EVMS as applicable.
• Assist proposals by developing preliminary schedules and supporting docs.
• Maintain scheduling processes, templates, and quality/regulatory requirements.
